I am Rico Sharp, and I believe in the power of positive thinking and personal growth. As a motivational speaker, my passion is to change lives by sharing my own hard-fought journey. Born to a teenage mother who lost both of her parents as a child, she struggled to raise three sons. I faced many obstacles along the way including running away from home at the age of 13, cocaine addiction, and 19 times of incarceration, all by the age of 20. While in prison for the 3rd time, I became self-motivated and re-enrolled in educational and vocational courses to gain interpersonal life skills. I never lost sight of my goals and continued to work diligently to turn my life around. Today, I am a successful motivational speaker who inspires others to strive for success, whatever the obstacle may be.
With over three decades of experience as a pastor and entrepreneur, I offer life-changing tools that will help you reach your vision and career goals. A family man at heart for over 33 years, I understand the unique obstacles we encounter along our paths.
